How long does shipping take for ceramic items?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that for made-to-order pieces, there is an additional 2-week production lead time before your order is dispatched.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all Hot Clay ceramics are fired at high temperatures making them durable for everyday use. They are 100% safe for both the microwave and the dishwasher unless otherwise specified in the product description.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
